Starting the year eating healthy and tasty food doesn’t have to be boring or tasteless, that’s why we bring you an infallible recipe: Chop Suey with vegetables. The secret is to use, of course, the best meat: PROAN Pork.

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of PROAN pork.
- 200 grams of carrots.
- 200 grams of yellow bell pepper.
- 50 grams of unsalted peanuts.
- 150 grams of broccoli (only the upper part).
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil or vegetable oil.
- 100 grams of soy bean sprouts.
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or cane vinegar.
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
Preparation:
- Portion the pork into thin strips. Peel and slice the carrots.
- Remove the veins and seeds from the yellow peppers, cut into julienne strips.
- Chop the peanuts and slice the top of the broccoli. Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan.
- Add the carrots, peppers, broccoli and bean sprouts.
- Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add pork strips and brown lightly.
- Pour in the rice vinegar and cook for another 7 minutes. Remove from heat and season with soy sauce.
- Finally, serve hot with chopped peanuts.
