PLANT

SUSTAINABILITY

Our commitment to the environment is a daily practice, for which we implement a series of processes that improve gradually for the bettering of these and to generate the least possible impact on the planet.

We strive to ensure that our wastewater is recycled, avoiding the eutrophication of surface water beds, in addition, solid waste is used in our compost for the fertilization of agricultural fields, which allows us to comply with biological cycles, positively impacting the ecology of our region. Avoiding the use of non-renewable fertilizers.

PROCESS

GENETICS

The quality and flavor of our cuts run in the family, since we make sure that the genetic line of all our pigs is the same, in this way we can offer a perfectly chosen and standardized product for the enjoyment of the palates.

SELECTION

We carefully choose the specimens that can provide the best quality by having the highest lean content and excellent health.

GESTATION

The gestation of the mothers is taken with extreme care. We ensure a special
diet for each phase of development for 114 days, thus producing a high amount of nutritious milk for the newborn pigs.

BIRTH

When the piglets are born, the mothers change their diets to be able to care for and maintain their young. The pig lets will be fed their mother’s milk for 1 whole month.

LACTATION

After the first month of lactation, the piglets weigh around 1.5 kg, by then their diet constantly changes to provide nutrients, vitamins, amino acids and essential proteins for the human body.

WEANING

It occurs in the first month of life, almost at 6 months it changes from a liquid diet to solid foods, these foods are prepared with high quality ingredients and use of vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

DEVELOPING

During this stage, food contributes to the gradual development of nervous tissue, the digestive system, and the locomotor system to ensure strong bones.

ENDING

The last stage of the process is completely pain free thanks to our CO2 stunning technology. With this we guarantee an effective conversion of food to a healthy product for the whole family.
